excellent product
Feature-wise, I like the shutoff button to shut off water without turning the knobs and losing the heat setting. An important thing to pass on to buyers is to ONLY put pipe-thread tape on the connection at the pipe where the shower head goes. Do NOT use it on the hose fittings or the fitting will split due to enlargement of the thread diameter (although microscopically). That little difference causes the fittings to split longitudinally. All-in-all it is a very good choice if you want a hand-held shower head. Even the appearance is excellent.

So Good, I'm On My 5th One
Got the 1st one of these 10+ years ago for wife's knee replacement. Easy install, simple features, smart look. Sadly, the plastic tab you use to change the spray pattern tends to break after a year or two's use. Other than that, it's a great hand-held.

Works for Me
i like this product. I was hoping for a complete shut-off but have learned to like the fact that it permits some flow and understand the reason for it. Hose length is great for cleaning the shower. I downrated the product for the durability of the connector/head holder. Guess I don't know my own strength and caused a split in the connector that connects to the pipe from the wall. Hoping to get it replaced.
