Customer service Open on Saturday. WOW!

I have all Moen products in the bathrooms. I had an issue with one of the valves breaking on a Saturday- (had to turn the water off in the home), and was able to call customer service to get help suggesting I get the part from local hardware store, and gave me the part number.. Moen also sent the part out ASAP and I took it back to the hardware store for a refund. Being open to help to get the part number was very helpful! I recently changed out my Kohler Kitchen Faucet, because of the wonderful service. I am not Kohler, which is a good company, but I also wanted to have all of my plumbing the same, which it is now.

Great looking faucet.

Just installed 2 faucets and love the style. Con of this faucet is it leaves water spots unless you wipe it every time you use it.
