I bought this recently and really liked it. I plan on buying it again because it's really tasty and very convenient. It only takes 1 minute in the microwave. I like that it's a healthy option to plain white rice. It has a nice flavor on its own, almost kind of nutty, and also is a good compliment to stir fried dishes.

Versatile and Delicious
Honestly have never eaten Minute Rice but brown rice with the addition of quinoa caught my eye. Add a few frozen and/or fresh vegs or whatever you have around, garlic, herbs and even a dash of chicken stock and you have a great side dish. Toss in a few pieces of chicken and it's a meal.
