Poor water dispensement
Had this faucet for about a year and a half and we have four of them in our home. Because of calcium buildup two of the faucets barely dispense water at all any longer. We called a plumber out and he said that because these faucets don't have screens the build up is inevitable and the only thing that can be done is to replace the faucet altogether or pay him to try and flush them out which will cost more than buying new ones. Think about the performance and maintenance involved before buying something that just looks good. I suppose Moen already knows this and that there is a design flaw but....

10 Year warranty doesn't transfer to second owner
Water flow stopped with one of our faucets. Can't replace because we are the second owners. Faucets are less than 8 years old. Also all of the handles in the shower and bath need to be tighter or are striped
