Disappointing

Bought this as it said in the specifications that it will "Fast-charge your mobile devices" but on my Samsung S9 it just charges normal and on my Samsung Tab A it gives me the message that it is charging slowly.

It's important to us that our customers have a positive experience with our products and we're sorry to hear about the difficulties you're having charging your devices through our HB30C4AFS. This USB hub comes with a 20W power adapter and supports USB Fast-Charge 1.2 specifications. If you are using the hub without the power adapter then it will limit the hub to the power output of the USB-C port on your computer and some newer USB devices require a higher voltage (9V or 12V) for quick-charge instead of 5V at high amperage.
