You get what you pay for

I bought this hard drive to use to play movies on my tv. this hard drive was a little cheaper than the rest of the hard drives I purchased in the past. This is also the worst performing one. Hard drive disconnects on its own right in the middle of transferring large amount of files. Hard drive freaks out while playing movies sometimes. I tried swapping wires and using different computers. It's going right back to the store.
