I've taken about 10 bottles of Premium Formula for Hair, Skin, and Nails and have had positive results. Hair growth has improved, less shedding, eyelashes thickened, fewer falling out, and my energy level has improved. Stopped taking for a couple of months and saw a definite energy decline.
