I just painted my back and front stairs that desperately needed a new coat of paint. This paint covered great in one coat, but definitely needed a second. Once it fully dried/sealed, it looks beautiful, washes well (it's pollen season here and rinsing with the hose cleans it fast). The way the water beads up on it shows how well it seals. I'm hoping it lasts a decent amount of time before we have to redo it again. The color is beautiful. Everyone keeps asking what we used. We're going to be painting the shutters a navy blue to complement the rich, dark brown steps.
