Red Star Quick-Rise Instant Yeast is a fast acting dry yeast that is ideal for all yeast baking recipes. Used by generations of bread bakers, Red Star Quick-Rise Instant Yeast is ideal for use in traditional and bread machine baking methods. One (0.25 ounce or 7 gram) packet contains approximately 2 ¼ teaspoons of yeast. Store unopened packets in a cool, dry place; for long-term storage, place in the freezer. Red Star Quick-Rise Instant Yeast is gluten-free, non-GMO Project Verified and certified Kosher Parve. Great for making bread, dinner rolls, pizza, cinnamon rolls, and more!
