Great kit to use

Very simple and easy to use, especially with the instructions. The only thing I did not like was as soon as you put the testing sticks in each envelope the saliva would bleed right through the paper and you can't put that in the mail like that. I had to get my own envelopes and mark each one with each person's name as well as the reference number and date of birth. Other than that, it's a great kit.

I purchased two tests, and the cost was reasonable for the service provided. However, the shipping time was disappointing. If you need quick results, I strongly recommend paying for overnight or expedited shipping. According to the tracking information, my tests arrived on a Friday morning, but I never received the arrival notification email as stated. Because of this, I had to email the company to inquire about my results. The response to my email was very fast I received a reply on Monday, and my results were delivered by Wednesday. One test showed 0.00% while the other showed 99.9%. I recommend using different email addresses if you are submitting multiple tests, as no identifying details are provided to distinguish which results belong to which test. Fortunately, I did this, and it helped prevent confusion since the only identifier was on the box.
