Everything about this cooler is fantastic. Being able to store K-cups on the top, being able to make coffee is wonderful. I freed up part of my counter by not having the Keurig machine and k-cup coffee. This cooler is a bottom loader. It's so much easier than my last cooler where that one was a top loader. I LOVE this thing! I visited a friend that had one and knew I needed one for myself! I keep this upstairs for my first cup of coffee or tea in the morning to get my day going. I have been using this unit in the upper level of my house and needed a new replacement from a hot/cold dispenser whose wire broke and hot water function is lost. Walmart delivered within 24 hours by driver in his own car which is service at the best. He even brought the unit into my house which I cannot get Amazon to do when delivering a folding bed.
