Just add shredded cheddar, water and butter **You Will Need: **Biscuit: **1 cup cold water **1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese* **1 pouch Gluten-Free Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix (enclosed) **Herb Butter Sauce: **1/4 cup butter **1 pouch garlic herb blend (enclosed) **Directions **Before You Begin: Preheat oven to 425°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper or spray baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. **1 Stir together water, cheese and biscuit mix until dough forms (do not over-mix). **2. Scoop dough immediately into 10-12 portions (about 1/4 cup each) and place 2 inches apart onto prepared baking sheet. **3. Bake 14-16 minutes or until golden brown on top. Melt butter in a microwave safe bowl, add garlic herb blend and stir until well blended. **4 Spoon or Brush 1 teaspoon herb butter sauce onto each Hot biscuit. Serve immediately. ***Some shredded cheddar cheese contains gluten. Be sure to make certain your cheese is gluten-free. **High Altitude (Over 5,000 Feet): No adjustment necessary.

Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits have always been one of my favorite treats since I was a small child. When I found out I was a Celiac in my twenties I was sad to think about losing some of my favorite foods. I tried many times to create their biscuits but failed. This mix creates a biscuit that is a light, fluffy, buttery, blob of goodness that melts in your mouth at every bite. If you are a fan of Red Lobster's biscuits this is your go to beat that delicious craving. Highly recommended from one Celiac to another.

If you need gluten free, it's really difficult to fine foods that taste good! Well, Red Lobster Gluten Free Biscuits taste wonderful! They are so good, my family has them twice a week! They are a bit expensive, but that's how it is with gluten free items. It's a treat when we have them. And don't forget the great herb butter sauce which comes with them. Easy to make both biscuits and sauce. Great gluten free items!
