I rated the product this way because it came in on time even with a delay in the shipping. The tire is in pristine condition and Walmart is the only place that I can ever find them. No tire shops I've been to have them and when they try to order them for me it's always way overpriced at like *********$. Which through Walmart I can get them for *********$ and I find that amazing. But even then it's only that expensive because I ordered the last tire. If I get it in store it's like *********$. Also the communication on the tire I purchased was just on the point. Like everything that happened with the purchase and the delivery was communicated to me. Which I really appreciate everything the company went through to get me the tire.
