Brick Oven is Our Choice.
My husband and I do not like thin crust pizza or the thick that raises in the oven. This brick oven suits the bill for us.However I lower the temperature a bit and place on bottom rack so we have a softer baked crust , adding pepperoni and more cheese.....there is never too much cheese. This is my go to when I am tired and weary. Hubby loves pizza so I don't feel guilty for not cooking.Always one or two in the freezer to help me out.
