Gave it a try, not expecting much - was pleasantly surprised. Broccoli was tender, coating was crisp - thumbs up all around. I used the air fryer at the recommended temp, gave it a toss halfway through, and it was done in under 14 minutes. My only complaint is that the bag is too small!

If I didn't need my protein so badly!

I have been trying new things like changing my dietary habits and eating more vegetables. (I've never been much of a vegetable person). But now I'm hooked. I think I could eat these every day for the rest of my life! I was microwaving them at first (turns out you're not s'posed to do that) but I recently bought an air fryer and what I originally thought was pretty good suddenly became irreplaceable! If I could just eat these things and nothing else, I'd never go hungry again!
