great in smoothies

I've started adding a couple of these capsules to my smoothies in the morning and I have really noticed the difference. I occasionally feel like I have a bit of a brain fog in the mornings but now the capsules seem to be getting my cognition up and going, helping my clarity. And it doesn't affect the flavour of my smoothies at all. I will be ordering these again when my supply is running low.
