A good alternative to a sugary snack
Very sweet. too sweet for me. But if I am feeling snacky and in the mood for a sweet treat, this hits the spot- and is nutritionally better than what I might have other eaten. It's not a great source of protein when you look at the overall macros. It doesn't have the best protein to carb ratio. So I use it as a special treat, not as a regular source of extra protein.

Taste great! I have tried every flavor, and I love them all. These protein bars don't have a weird after taste (some other brand protein bars have a weird after taste). I have eat a clean protein bar for my pre workout snack before or after my workouts, and they keep me full for a couple of hours. I love the soft texture. I highly recommend these protein bars.
