With its 34" pattern, this catcher's mitt is the largest model made by Rawlings, the glove forms a good pocket, which makes it easier to control the ball and scoop up pitches in the dirt. The Heart of the Hide Pro Mesh Series is the perfect combination of weight and performance. Utilizing Pro Mesh and Heart of the Hide leather, these gloves on average are 15% lighter and do not sacrifice any durability or performance. This glove is made to the exact specifications of the game day glove worn by Gold Glove Award Winner Yadier Molina.

Great mitt
I bought this for my son. He is a high school catcher. This is a great mitt. It is not made from cheap leather so it is stiff and requires work to break it in. After a couple of weeks to break it in he loves it. This glove seems very durable. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
