It comes wrap up in yarn. The yarn comes with many different colors. It comes with yellow, purple, pink and blue. Once you take it out of all the yarn you finally get to see your suprise. My daughter wanted the unicorn but she got the cute pink doggy. She has lots of black spots with yellow ears. It also comes with small plastices where you can make pompoms. It comes with a plastic needle to knit all the yarn. Make different accessories for it. With the same yarn but thicker yarn, you may fill up the small cute pillow it comes with. I am very happy with this kind of toys , makes you your child engaged in something other than technology. It has many parts. It looks like yarn, it has inside the other parts.
