Yummm!! Since I first tried Ratio yogurt it has been my favorite brand for yogurt. It's so rich and doesn't taste like it's low sugar - high protein. BUT IT IS!! I eat it plain (yes .. it's that good ) which I can't eat all yogurt plain from aftertaste or consistency.. it's also really good in overnight oats and just mixed with a serving size of protein powder OR nut butter (or both )

Perfect for my smoothies. Love the amount of protein it has and it seemed like the best overall choice looking at health wise and price. I used to go with a different brand which I still love but the health benefits seem better and the taste is great just like my other choice brand. Will probably stick to this brand now.
