we have a two bedroom two-story home with a one and a half bathroom for some Godly reason even after spending an extra $1,000 on assembly parts and labor it does not work well with the bathroom works well for the kitchen and the half bathroom but it does not put off enough hot water for running a full tub of bath or taking too long of a shower and yes I have called support and yes it is installed right it was professionally installed I hired a company this probably would work better for a a house that doesn't have a basement or maybe even a trailer
