Marble Drink Carbonated flavor from Japan. Remove plastic film from the top. Pop out center of cap. Use the center of cap to press firmly down on marble till it falls in the chamber below. Refreshing, fizzy, and fun ramune soda from shirakiku is the perfect cool drink on a hot day. Ramune is very popular in Japan, where it comes in a wide variety of flavors. Ramune soda is well known for its uniquely shaped glass bottle, which comes sealed with a fun marble that acts as a stopper. The marble is held in place by the pressure of the carbonation in the drink. To open the bottle, there is a device to push the marble inward. The marble is pushed inside the neck of the bottle where it rattles around while drinking. Therefore, the drinks are sometimes called "marble soda" outside of Japan.

Do not order unless you want broken glass.
Glass items were shipped in paper packaging envelope. There was no attempt to pad items despite that it would not have helped. Package arrived damaged on the outside of the mailer probably cut open from all the shattered glass inside. I am really glad I knew what it was before I picked it up and didn't get any cuts from the glass coming out of the package. I wish I could review the flavor of the sodas, but I cannot. Not only do I not get to drink the soda but I also had to waste my time talking to an agent to get a refund. Save your time and don't order.
