Our water-based and non-toxic concrete sealer formula lasts up to 5 years* and is safe for people, pets, and plants. It helps prevent the growth of mold and mildew, protects against efflorescence, and is safe for indoor or outdoor use with little to no odor and zero VOC’s. Unlike conventional water repellents, Rainguard Concrete Sealer is available in concentrate form so you never have to spend extra money on water and excessive packaging.
