my daughter saw this in ad and wanted it for her birthday. She was excited to open it and got to work dying her accessories, her dolls hair and her own. It wasnt as messy as I had thought. The setup and cleanup was convenient. My only complaint might be that if you color the dolls hair it might not wash off to where you're starting brand new. My daughter wanted to take her doll in the bath but i wasnt ready to let her ruin it with water going in the crevices and molding. Hair color also doesnt show so well if you have dark colored hair.

Cute or whatever
I won't comment on the fact that this is a more budget version of the rainbow high dolls of the past. As a stand alone doll, she is very cute and has quality pieces. The functionality of the watercolors leaves a bit to be desired, but it definitely won't stain your stuff so that's a plus I guess haha. I don't plan on using the watercolor myself, so it's whatever. She's cute, I like her outfit pieces, 4/5.
