I've spent plenty of years maintaining my own vehicles, and I've learned the hard way that cheaping out on wiper blades is a mistake, especially when I'm driving my daughters to soccer practice in a downpour. I picked up these Rain-X Truck %26 SUV blades for the rig, and after a few weeks of heavy use, they earned a solid five-star rating from me because they solve the one job they have without making a fuss. What I like most is the sheer weight and contact of the blade. Most standard wipers feel flimsy, but these have a beefier construction that seems built for larger windshields. They don't chatter or hop across the glass when I'm hitting highway speeds, which is a pet peeve of mine. The integrated Rain-X treatment is a nice bonus too; the water starts to bead up and roll off before the blade even touches it. It makes a massive difference in visibility when it's really coming down. Installation was straightforward and didn't require a degree in engineering, which I appreciated. If I had to find a dislike, it's that the price tag is definitely higher than the generic blades you find at the grocery store. It feels like a lot to drop on a piece of rubber and plastic.
