These disposable cotton underwear is the best! I can now sleep freely instead of like I'm in a coffin! I also wear these throughout mense. It's just so convenient. I was hesitant at first with purchasing because I wasn't sure which size would work for me. I'm 130 lbs, with muscular thighs. I was super surprised that the size S/M easily came up over my thighs. The underwear is super soft, absorbent, quiet (lol I thought it would make diaper sounds when I walk), undetectable under my "period" wardrobe and most importantly, the underwear expands to allow lots of room for that evil bloating ... oh and organic, I luv they're organic, no irritating chemicals!

Perfect for postpartum bleeding! Soft and quite comfortable— not sure if I was borderline between sizes , but the leg holes and top seam where a little tight but everything else fit. It was easily remedied by ripping the top andBottom of the side seams about an inch! Definitely glad I decided to try these and love that they're not laden with chemical crap for sensitive, healing nether regions!
