I have very heavy flows for the first 4 days of my period and the Rael Overnight pads are life savers. They keep me feeling dry and comfortable all day and night. Yes i have such heavy flows i use these during the day too, which is why i wish these packs had a few more pads per package; sometimes i use 2 of these a day and one per night. Either then that, i can't complain because these are more than amazing. I made a change to Rael pads over a year ago and i will never go back to regular pads or buy from any other brand because they just don't make me feel as dry and comfortable as Rael pads do.
