Rachael Ray Nutrish Soup Bones Minis are intended for intermittent or supplemental feeding only. They are not a replacement for your dog's main meal. The recommended limit of chews will provide about 10% of your dog's weekly calories. If you indulge your pet with the recommended limit of chews, then please reduce the amount of food by about 10%. You may need to feed less, depending on your dog's activity level and overall fitness. Please watch your dog to ensure the Soup Bones Mini is thoroughly chewed before swallowing. Gulping any items can be harmful or cause serious injury to a dog. Soup Bones Minis are not recommended for dogs under one year of age or smaller than 10 lbs. Close package tightly between feedings or store product in an airtight container to maintain freshness.

Mini soup "bone" treats
My 11 pound Chorkie grandpuppy (8 years old) loves these mini "soup bones." If I give her a whole one -- about 3 inches long -- she will pretend it's a bone and find different places in the house to hide it. But if I break it in half, the "fragrance" is released and she gobbles it up.

I actually get these for my large dogs (100 lbs) and break them in half for their treat. One is diabetic and on isulin, I watch his sugar intake as much as possible but he loves everything. My girl loves these and she is PICKY!!!! Its a win for them and me, it makes all of us happy :)

Fantastic dog treat!
I give these mini treats to my 2 small dogs, a Chi and a Terrier, when they are wound up and need to settle down. The ‘bone' is soft, good for small teeth and old teeth, and the dogs can hold the treat in their paws while they chew on it. The holding and chewing releases ‘feel good' endorphins in their brain that calms them down and helps them relax. My doggies always relax and usually fall asleep after this treat. I recommend this especially for people who like to take their dogs on trips in a vehicle. Chewing can relax a dog and help it enjoy the ride.
