This chart represents average recommended daily portions. You may need to feed slightly more or less, depending on your dog's activity level and overall fitness). Weaning Puppies: Start puppies on Rachael Ray Nutrish Real Beef & Brown Rice Recipe Dog Food as soon as they begin to chew on solid food, usually 3-4 weeks of age. Allow them to eat as much as they want until fully weaned (6-8 weeks of age). Growing Puppies: Feed 2-3 times the amount recommended for their expected adult weight, in three meals per day until 6 months of age, then twice daily until 12 months. Over the years I had always had my dogs on the basic kibble, run of the mill common dry food. I switched all three dogs, different breeds, stair step sizes, 5yo flat Coat, 3yo schnauzer and 1yo lab.. they have all become MUCH MUCH healthier, happier, their coats look gorgeous. Their TEETH are bright white. The ONLY thing I changed, was moving them over to this brand. I rotate out the beef and chicken Nutrish. Highly recommend, and is budget friendly.
