Ordered this mid September (19th) for a gift and now it's Oct 24 and I still haven't received the product. Countless emails and calls to Walmart, usps, and the seller and no help. In fact, instead the seller has sent me inappropriate emails straight to me when Walmart instructed me to re-order the item. The problems have occurred every time at the last moment in the day leaving no heads up and the solution offered always takes 2-3 business days. Out of multiple different solutions not one of them has worked. Pretty convinced there's a complete disconnect between the seller and Walmart or this is a fake product.
