Excellent!
mass gainer definitely lives up to its name in terms of effectiveness for muscle gain. However, I can't ignore the fact that the taste is not the most pleasant. The consistency can be thick and gritty, and even with added flavorings, it's hard to disguise the chalky texture. It's tolerable when mixed with fruits or milk, but it's still a struggle to get down at times. Despite the taste, I've seen significant results in my muscle growth, so I continue to use it. If taste is a major concern for you, you might want to explore other options. Rule 1 always has the best quality, ingredients and size in a great price.
