I ordered 1 last year with a dome, I assumed it was in the same box so I never opened it as we didn't need it til April and then again in July so when I did open it it was only the dome not the machine, I've been back and forth with them trying to get the replacement sent out, they wanted me to start a return on the platform but it wasn't an option. Now I had to reorder one for my event and still haven't heard anything back as far as a refund or anything.
