dont turn lever to insert pin

Took me an hour after watching videos how to take the knob off to install, found this website and installation video. Turns out you just put the pin in without turning the lever and it come out easily. All youtube videos tell you to turn the knob . hope this helps someone struggling like I did.

Brinks brings their A-game

I was surprised to find that Brinks makes door hardware and handles but I am glad they do. This door lever is very well built and obviously is designed with commercial spaces in mind. Solid internals where it counts and yet you have the option for a matte black finish which while popular isn't always common or available in the commercial space. Thanks Brinks for the options and top notch quality.
