Bonide 4 lb. Snake Stopper repels snakes from lawns, gardens, campsites, patios and more. This animal repellent has a potent blend of ingredients that are designed to drive out snakes, lizards, or iguanas. Snake stopper triggers an escape and avoidance behavior in reptiles. This granule repeller is biodegradable and will not harm animals, lawns, gardens, flowerbeds, or other desirable plants. This product is people and pet safe when used as directed. It comes in a convenient dust applicator jug.

Directions
Instructions
Using the convenient dispenser cap on this package, lightly sprinkle a band 6-8 inches wide, next to and around the area you wish to protect. It is not necessary to completely cover the ground with product. One pound will treat a band 8 inches wide by 50 feet in length. If after 2 weeks no snakes have been observed, a broadcast/maintenance application may be made at the rate of 1 lb. per 100 sq. ft. Do not water in after application. Reapply product after heavy rains or every two weeks to obtain best results.

No more snakes!
I never really minded the gardener snakes living in my window wells but last year copperhead snakes found them and started coming round to eat the smaller snakes so it was time for them to all go. I had tried humanely relocating the little ones, moth balls, human hair- basically anything anyone told me worked. None of that worked. I've used this twice so far and haven't seen any more snakes.
