It's big, it's bad, it's backed by Tripp Lite
This was a direct replacement for a very similar unit. The old one was in place for seven years- and we probably could have changed the batteries- but since it was inconvenient to be without this UPS, we decided to replace it, and then replace the batteries on the old unit, and keep it on hand as a spare. Tripp Lite really stepped up to the plate to remediate a small problem we had with shipping damage, (cosmetic only) providing a more than satisfactory resolution, replaced the entire component, covering all additional shipping, which is substantial, considering the size and weight of this unit.
