So I bought these for my daughter who has trouble sleeping and always has . We have experience with melatonin . When I tell you these things work , they work. I gave her the recommended dosage and shortly after she passed out. I also have trouble sleeping so I said ‘why not I'll take some.' . I only took two. They taste like grape and get a bit sour so I'd recommend one at a time . 30 minutes to an hour later , I passed out so hard. I was so confused when I woke up . This stuff is deadly take it or leave it … I can not stress this enough, it works, point blank.
