I LOVE BACON, ALWAYS HAVE!! THIS IS THE BACON I HAVE BOUGHT FOR MORE YEARS THAN I CAN SAY. TIME GOES BY SO FAST!!! I LOVE IT ON MANY THINGS. I ADD IT TO FROZEN DINNERS AND IT GIVES THEM A KICK IN THE TASTE AREA!! I PUT BACON BROWNED IN MY DEVILED EGGS WITH OTHER STUFF. CAN'T GET ENOUGH OF MY DEVILED EGGS!! I CAN EVEN EAT ON MY KETO DIET SO HOW MUCH BETTER CAN THAT BE?

I like the slightly larger that a pound size. Larger package means bigger, better BLT's. Fries up nice and crisp in a pan or the oven, either one. Good taste alongside sausage and eggs. Great atop your burger or crumbled in your favorite recipe. Remember, bacon makes everything better! Center cut is supposed to have less fat, more meat. The quality is usually good, the price could be a little more consumer friendly but everything is so expensive these days. So, consider this product if the price is right for you. We buy it when we can.
