Love my new hot tube spa. prefect for 2 people. I placed an exercise mat underneath the hot tub for extra padding.Given that we placed it outside on concrete.I think that helps a lot with just cushioning and making it more comfortable to sit in. Words to the wise remember that you will need to preheat your hot tub to your desired temperature. That could take up. To eighteen to twenty-four hours to do so given the outside temperature. I had a little issue with the use of the outside outlet, so I had to buy an extension to be able to hook it up to the electricity outlet. I also invested in the frog shock and sanitizing system for hot tubs. Would also tell you to make sure you buy.Increaser and decreaser for the different chemistry levels, along with that system. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase.I'm excited to enjoy it for the fall season, and hopefully, we'll invest in a hardshell hot tub next year.

Doesn't heat and never received the replacement

This product never heated, but the first few times I used it, and I was so excited because of its size. I called the company and they said they were out of heaters and that they would send me one in December but never received one. Besides that I would have to put it in and they told me they would send me directions. Well, it's January 2026 and I still haven't heard back from them or received the heater. Spent a lot of money, trying to heat it up, pumping the hose through the filters to see if something was lodged. Waited many times for it to hopefully heat up.

I bought this hot tub for a friend of mine who has terminal cancer. Blew it up. The next day was to low to good water. Spent two days trying to find a leak and finally gave up and ordered another one assuming I could return this one at the store. No luck. The one I ordered is not capable of warming up enough when it's 35° outside. Very dissatisfied. Do not buy this product. Customer Service at Walmart has a lot to be desired. No way to contact anyone to talk to no personal service . They're worse than Amazon and that's pretty bad.
