I was skeptical of these insoles at first, but after wearing them for a few weeks, I couldn't imagine on having them in my shoes. They have provided me the support that I needed. After trimming them down to proper size, the insoles fit in my shoes nicely and provided the extra support I needed. I'm not an athlete, but as a person who loves to garden, they have provided me with less soreness while standing so I can cut my grass and trim. Thanks!
