Cheap fire hazard

While this product looks good from a website, in person it's obviously cheap cheap quality, item arrived in new looking condition but the metal feet bracket is all bent up, the rubber feet are ripped out in all for corners and where in the box. While using this product for less then 2 minutes the cord gets hot and I'm afraid it will catch fire or melt my car 12v socket. There is a sticker that says “this product may get hot during extended use” less than two minutes is not extended. And I would expect the pump to get warm. Pumps do that. What shouldn't do that is the cord. The cord is getting hot is because it's pulling too much amps through the cord and the cord is not rated for the amount of amps The product is trying to draw.
