This rack works great. The parts are all labeled and it's simple to assemble. You have to find a joist to screw the top into, and position it accordingly. In the absence of a joist, you may be able to crank up enough tension with the feet so it holds in place. It also needs to be 8-10" from the wall to accommodate the width of bicycles. I have e-bikes on the lower hangers and have no problems.

Poorly made product, poorly designed product, no quality in how the rack is put together. Bicycle hooks do not line up with frame and bends with weight of bicycles. Could have been good but poorly executed. I should have bought the one made of wood. Now I have to figure out how to fabricate bike hooks or take it apart and return it.
