Shipping took too long
The product was as advertised %26 expected. Shipping however was a let down. Based on notices received the product didn't get shipped until a week after order was placed. Had I known it would take that long to receive (2 weeks) I would have kept looking for another vendor. It was needed for my daily office chair.
