Great and cost effective
Mainly because mine-was a diagnosed medical problem I did extensive research on products and options. I'll keep it simple, though. Ubiquinol is the preferred supplement. Kaneka is the standard. This product (Qunol) uses Kaneka Ubiquinol. From my research anyone over the age of 40 or anyone taking statins should take at least 100mg of ubiquinol daily. I can go on about the whys and wherefores for hours but until you do your own research you won't see all the potential benefits. I have been using this brand for a few years now with excellent results. And I like that I also get some Omega 3's. IMHO Qunol is a good company with a good and properly formulated product. Haven't found anyone better and I've tried costlier brands.

I've been a user of Qunol for a number of years and I believe that it has proven itself over that time. I'm 69 years old and I workout, doing cardio and weight training everyday. I talk with other people at the gym all of the time about training and the importance of staying healthy , young and old, and when I tell them how old I am they really understand what I'm telling them is true. To me Ubiquinol is the key, I feel like I did 20 years ago. Just as alert,strong and full of life. I've even decided to study to become a certified personal trainer, so I can help others in their 60's enjoy the best time in their lives too. Thank you Qunol for everything.
