Everything is great with the chair however it just didn't work in a narrow tub for my parents who are elderly and one is disabled so they needed one that was more narrow with a swivel seat. Unfortunately it is non refundable, and it was never used I assembled it and set it in the tub to find that it didn't work. Aside from being non refundable I would recommend it.

Narrow to fit in the tub facing or about face the shower. I liked because of the wide feet but does come with more tapered feet if you prefer. I am happy with this.
