My wife was really excited to receive this greenhouse so that she would not have to bring all of her plants inside for the winter. The day after we received it, she and my son assembled it outside. They had no problems in assembling the greenhouse but discovered that they were missing a part - a single rod. I contacted Quictent and informed them of my problem. Within a matter of days we received the part and my son made quick work of inserting the rod where it belonged. I am very pleased with both the product and the customer service. The greenhouse seems to be doing a good job of holding the daylight heat in, which is what we were really looking for.

We don't use it for a greenhouse but we have put it on our deck and put a heater in it for us to have a place to go smoke in the winter. love the windows so when we go in we open the window so the smoke will go out. After winter we fold ut up and keep for next winter. Couldn't ask for a better greenhouse to use as a smoking booth. wanted to tell the truth of ehy we bought it
