💯 percent stellar customer service. I purchased the 13 x 20 retractable carport/tent and the customer service was excellent. The quality is exactly what I hoped for. The assembly was fast and easy, however, there was a missing step in the instructions. I contacted the seller and they responded expeditiously. Donna was professional and responded immediately with the positive resolution to the issue with her expertise knowledge of the product. After sending pictures of the issue Donna resolved the issue and the assembly was a complete success. Money well spent.
