No Damage to the Mattress when arrived. It is good, fine for me as i am not a heavy person with around only 150lb, but when i sit on any side of the bed, it gets very soft. It is not firm on the sides. But sleeping, when laid down, it is pretty firm and fine. Overall, It is fine. Not a bad mattress.
