My new pointer worked for less than a couple of minutes and then would not come on again. I called customer service who said I would receive a new pointer by the 10th of July and I have not received it yet on the 14th of July. I have not had this pointer for at least two very important meetings where I needed it. I have also sent an email to customer service and I have not received a reply.
