Prevents me fro getting sick
If I feel like I'm getting sick a start taking them immediately I don't get sick. I first found these in a roll package in a health food store then tried to find them a few years later and I couldn't find them. Walmart had them and I was very happy. I think the elderberry might be the key ingredient but not sure but they work for me.
