Take 1 pack of these, add hot tap water, and nuke for 1 minute on high. Take 2 pieces of Smithfield's pre-cooked bacon (from Sam's Club), cut with scissors into small bites, bundle and roll in a paper towel, nuke to desired texture (40-45 seconds for my wife, who likes hers “EXTRA crispy” [close to “burnt”! Lol], and roll into grits immediately for sizzle and savory smell! This is my wife's “Breakfast of Choice,” almost every single day, without fail! Gotta love it!

This is a great value. And I remember these grits from when I used to run a daycare back in the day and I had 1 or 2 late stragglers, I can open up one of these little bags and get them some eggs. And they got a full meal with that bag. And I saved a little money, I loved it.

If you've always been curious about grits (but not enough to try them), try these! Super easy to prepare, work as a breakfast item, a snack, or even as a side dish for dinner. The cheese flavor is perfect. One of my nieces notice the box on top of my refrigerator, and I gave her a box for her own family.
